Christian Counseling for Children, Teens, and Families in Jacksonville, FL
Root & Rise is the child and adolescent counseling branch of The Foundry, created to support the emotional, behavioral, and spiritual needs of kids, teens, and families. Whether your child is facing anxiety, grief, big emotions, school stress, or identity questions, we’re here to help.
Our team offers Christ-centered, evidence-based therapy that blends clinical excellence with compassion, creativity, and age-appropriate tools. We believe healing happens when kids are met with understanding, structure, and grace—and when families are supported as a whole.
Just as roots provide stability and nourishment for a growing tree, we help young people build strong emotional foundations. And as they rise, we equip them with tools to flourish—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Healing happens together.
At Root & Rise, we support not just children and adolescents—but the families who love them. Our therapists work collaboratively with parents to address communication, emotional challenges, and behavior concerns. Together, we help restore peace, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change at home.
Your Team
At The Foundry, you’ll find a team of compassionate, highly trained counselors who are committed to walking with you through life’s most challenging seasons. We bring together clinical expertise, trauma-informed care, and—when desired—faith integration to support the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking support for your child, teen, marriage, or personal growth, our therapists are here to create a safe space for healing, clarity, and transformation. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this journey without help.
